Chai Latte Overnight Oats are a quick and healthy breakfast option with a few simple ingredients. If you are a chai latte addict – this recipe is for you!
I’m SLIGHTLY obsessed with overnight oats (that’s an understatement!). That’s why I had no choice but to share this A-M-A-Z-I-N-G recipe for Chai Latte Overnight Oats. Let’s make breakfast, shall we?
Originally, this recipe was meant to feed two people. Having said that, if you are anything like me and my best friend Eve, you definitely don’t want to share this. You’ve got three options here: 1) eat it all by yourself (your best friend might get mad but who cares? Sorry, Eve!), 2) go hungry (DO NOT attempt this if you are a hangry person like me!), or 3) double the recipe (bloody brilliant, huh?! Whoop Whoop!).

Notes
*Soak a chai latte tea bag in ¼ cup of water for about 10 minutes.
**I never use fat reduced products. Just don't like them as they take away flavour.
Quick Tip: Make it vegan by substituting the milk and yoghurt with your milk/yoghurt of choice. Just make sure that it's a plain version with no added flavours.
