**I LOVE the Riviera Crème Fraîche and usually use 1 pot (120 g) for this recipe. Alternatively, you could also use sour cream instead of Crème Fraîche.
Vegan Option: make it vegan by substituting the traditional Crème Fraîche/sour cream with a vegan alternative (e.g., by Tofutti, Follow Your Heart, Earth Island, Dr. Oetker).
