In a BIG microwave safe mug, combine all dry ingredients.
In a second mug, combine all wet ingredients.
Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Whisk until combined and no lumps remain.
Add the grated apple and mix again.
Microwave mug cake for about 2 minutes on high. Keep an eye on the batter and check every 30 seconds after the first minute. Depending on your microwave, your mug cake might need a little less or more time.
