  • 200 g mixed greens washed*
  • 5 spring onions sliced
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1 avocado sliced or diced
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper chopped**
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 batch Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
